Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager for our client to lead and optimize digital acquisition and growth campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid media, analyzing campaign performance, and driving ROI through data-led decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Monitor and manage budget allocation, performance metrics, and ROI
• Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and optimize creatives and ad copies
• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve ad performance
• Analyze data and prepare detailed campaign performance reports
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
