Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in retail mortgages.
Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank or similar institutions is preferred.
