Job descriptionDevelop and enhance Windchill workflows, UI customizations, info structures, Design and implement Java-based Windchill customizations (utilities, services, Integrate Windchill with enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, MES, and Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional teams to translate Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization for PLM Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding Support Windchill upgrades, patches, and data migration initiatives. Participate in DevOps, CI / CD automation, and API-based integrations to 6+ years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill PLM (10.x / 11.x / 12.x). Strong experience in Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, and RESTful services for PLM Proficient in Windchill Data Model, Type Manager, Workflow Engine, and Access Experience with Customization of PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Familiarity with WTServices, Info Engine, JCA / UI Customizations , and Windchill Exposure to CAD integrations (Creo, NX, SolidWorks) and related data Working knowledge of SQL, Oracle / SQL Server, and server-side deployment Experience with Build tools (Ant, Maven), version control (Git), and deployment Experience in ThingWorx or Windchill REST Services (OSLC / WRS). Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines , and cloud Exposure to PLM integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS). Knowledge of Windchill Upgrade and Migration utilities. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or PTC Certification in Windchill Development or Customization (preferred)
