energy, spirituality, and holistic living. Until now, our social media has been managed by an
external agency — but we are ready to bring on our first in-house Social Media & Community
Manager to take our digital presence to the next level.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who can ideate, execute, and manage
social media end-to-end. From building engaging content calendars to sparking conversations in the community, you'll be the voice of the brand across digital platforms.
You will work directly with the founders and creative partners to create campaigns, ideate ads, and launch new formats like podcasts and live sessions.
Key Responsibilities
◦ Create monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and
brand vision.
◦ Write engaging captions, scripts, and briefs for designers / editors.
◦ Ideate new content formats (Reels, Carousels, Stories, Podcasts, Live sessions).
◦ Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, groups, and discussions.
◦ Build and nurture a strong community around the brand ethos.
◦ Respond to queries in brand voice and escalate leads to sales / consultation teams.
◦ Support performance marketing team / agency by ideating ad creatives and campaign
hooks.
◦ Repurpose organic content into paid media creatives.

◦ Repurpose podcast content into short clips, quotes, reels, and newsletters.
◦ Track growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
◦ Suggest improvements and new growth experiments.
◦ Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, and industry shifts to keep the brand fresh
