Senior Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

Location : LBS Road, Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Type : Full-Time Employee

Experience : 3–5 years in Marketing (brand + digital exposure)

Compensation : Competitive, aligned with market benchmarks (₹5–7 LPA)

Reports To : CMO & Managing Director

Start Date : Immediate

We are a fast-growing group of two Private Limited Companies (Walnut Advertising & Imago & Getter) driven by creativity, strategy, and execution excellence. Guided by the CMO, we are strengthening our marketing foundations and looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to translate plans into impactful campaigns and on-ground execution.

The Role

This is a growth-focused role for an ambitious marketer who wants full exposure across the marketing spectrum. You will manage campaigns, content, events, and reporting — building the foundation for long-term brand and business growth while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Campaign Execution – Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across online (social, email, SEO, paid ads) and offline (events, exhibitions, print) channels.
  • Brand Communication & Collateral – Create and manage brochures, presentations, product sheets, and digital creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Digital Marketing Support – Coordinate with agencies and internal teams : prepare briefs, review creatives, track progress, and measure impact.
  • Event & Exhibition Coordination – Support trade shows, demos, and partner events — from logistics to collaterals to lead reporting.
  • Insights & Reporting – Track campaign performance, compile regular reports, and capture competitor intelligence for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

Experience :

  • 3–5 years in marketing, with exposure to both online and offline campaigns.

    • Skills :

  • Familiarity with digital tools (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics).
  • Strong communication and design sensibility for collaterals.
  • Ability to manage vendors, agencies, and event logistics.

    • Mindset :

  • Proactive, hands-on executor with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects and stakeholders.
