Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Account & Relationship Management :

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Oversee the full lifecycle of cold chain logisticsfrom sourcing to final deliveryensuring temperature integrity timely execution and operational excellence.

Manage receivables drive timely collections and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
