We’re Hiring : Compliance & HR Specialist | Pearl Transport Inc

Pearl Transport Inc — a growing U.S.-based trucking carrier — is looking for a Compliance & HR Specialist to join our operations team!

Location : Remote or Fresno, CA

Full-Time Position

Salary : ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

You will ensure company-wide FMCSA / DOT compliance while also supporting HR processes. You’ll work closely with operations, dispatch, and driver onboarding teams to make sure our fleet stays safe, legal, and efficient.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Compliance Duties

Monitor driver qualification files, drug / alcohol tests & MVR checks
Track truck / trailer registrations, insurance, inspections & permits
Maintain ELD, IFTA & FMCSA safety audit records
Communicate with drivers & authorities regarding compliance issues
Assist with onboarding carriers & drivers in compliance systems
Also experienced in filling carriers packet from broker

HR Responsibilities

Assist with hiring & onboarding new drivers and staff

Maintain employee files & policy compliance

Communicate policies and follow-ups professionally

Support internal coordination for shifts, documents & updates

Assist with making Truck and trailer agreements

⭐ Ideal Candidate

Experience with FMCSA / DOT compliance (preferred)

Knowledge of HR processes & employee onboarding

Familiar with systems like Xpert IT Dispatch, Airtable, Google Workspace

Strong communication & documentation skills

Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
