Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Statistician. The Statistician will be involved in the design, analysis, and interpretation of statistical data, developing statistical models, and participating in the planning and execution of research projects. The responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, data analysis, and hypothesis testing
• Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or similar software for statistical computations
• Ability to conduct and interpret complex quantitative and qualitative research
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings
• Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in bioinformatics or genomics is a significant advantage
