Job descriptionConduct governance and maturity assessments, create improvement roadmaps, and establish Lead data profiling, quality checks, scoring, and remediation across domains. Build data quality frameworks, rules, dashboards, and monitoring processes. Drive ERP migration data readiness, including assessment, cleansing, harmonization, and Define governance standards for Vendor, Customer, Material, Product, Finance, and Pricing Implement MDM processes, standardization, deduplication, and validations. Develop metadata catalogs, lineage, glossaries, and metamodels. Lead data enrichment initiatives, including AI-driven enrichment and attribute / taxonomy Prepare enterprise data for AI / GenAI use cases, identifying governance and data quality gaps. Partner with business and IT teams across finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations. Automate data processes using integrations, workflows, APIs, or ETL tools. Support conceptual, logical, and physical data model development. ERP : SAP ECC / S4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Governance / Quality / Metadata : Informatica, Talend, Alation, MS Purview, Axon, Collibra Integration & ETL : APIs, middleware, ETL tools, data lakes Cloud / Analytics (optional) : Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, Hive 4–12 years in Data Governance, EDM, Data Quality, and MDM for various positions Experience in ERP transformations, legacy data remediation, and AI data readiness. Exposure to supply chain, procurement, finance, or vendor / customer data domains is a plus.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Management and Governance Expert. In this role, you will oversee data governance strategies, ensure data quality standards are met, and manage master data. Responsibilities include developing and implementing data management frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, analyzing data for actionable business insights, and supporting master data processes to maintain data integrity across systems.
The role supports clients undergoing large transformation initiatives, AI data readiness initiatives,
and legacy data remediation, leading the design and implementation of comprehensive data
governance and management frameworks

- Design and implement EDM and Data Governance frameworks aligned with DAMA, DCAM,
CMMI, and industry standards.
Data Management Operating Models (DMO).
Data Quality, Profiling & Readiness

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Management, and Master Data Management practices
Thorough understanding of Data Quality management and methodologies
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to data management is a plus
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in data management tools and software
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
