Test Development : Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.

CI / CD Integration : Embed automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality checks.

Defect Analysis : Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Mentorship & Leadership : Guide junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to align testing with business goals.

Reporting & Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and automation coverage metrics.
