Senior Design Coordinator

Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Architecture from a renowned institution 8-10 years of prior work experience in architectural design, preferably in private residences Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office suite, with knowledge of Revit / BIM an added advantage Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and construction methods Excellent command of English and local language, with strong interpersonal skills
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Establish strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication skills
- Contribute to in-house design requirements, providing essential design inputs as requested
- Develop 2D-3D designs in AutoCAD / SketchUp, presentation drawings, and working drawing details as needed
- Review schematic and working drawings for accuracy and quality, coordinating with consultants for timely delivery
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure drawing delivery meets project schedule requirements
- Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure project quality and compliance
- Support project documentation and administration tasks as required
