• Concept Development : Interpret briefs and generate innovative visual concepts for campaigns, advertisements, social media, websites, packaging, and branding.
• Design Execution : Create high-quality visuals including layouts, storyboards, graphics, illustrations, and mood-boards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with designers, art directors and clients to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
• Brand Communication : Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Creative Pitching : Present ideas and design directions clearly and persuasively to clients or internal teams.
• Trend Research : Stay updated with design trends, consumer behaviour insights, and new creative tools or technologies.
• Production Coordination : Oversee the visual quality during production stage, editing, printing, or animation.
• Leadership and Mentorship :   As a senior creative member, you may lead design projects, mentor junior team members, and provide creative direction to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES

Conceptualize independently, mood boarding & guiding the team to bringing the mood-board to life.

Understanding of marketing, branding guidelines, and consumer psychology

Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, visual storytelling & material understanding.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Coral draw, Photoshop , 3D Max, etc.)

Up to date with global marketing & designing trends

Good time-management and ability to meet tight deadlines
