Job Responsibilities :
Support hiring process through coordination & arrangements
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners
Facilitate implementation of probation process
Support graduate hiring & engagement activities
Ensure smooth implementation of exit process & record keeping
Prepare HR letters for employee
Drive employee wellness committee functioning & wellness initiatives for PDG India
Act as the first contact point for employee queries related to people processes & benefits
Manage vendor partners : Onboarding, invoicing and service compliance
Manage employee benefit implementation : coordination & maintenance of employee data
Lead scheduling, logistics & communication for employee awareness sessions
Drive employee participation in key people processes
Scheduling 1-1s / team connect sessions
Implementation of POSH compliance actions
What we are looking for :
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) with
6-8 years of HR experience
in
fast-paced companies.
Good understanding of HR Processes applicable to an employee lifecycle
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
Good understanding of key HR processes
Ability to manage business stakeholders with varying levels of seniority
Able to be physically present in office
Proactive & self-driven individual
Ensure quality delivery with speed
