Hiring : Manager – Business Growth & Partnerships | 4–10 Years Experience | Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)
This new role is designed to directly address the current gap :
- Own sales operations and reporting discipline
- Support enterprise proposals, pre-sales, and partner onboarding
- Drive closure of client / partner action items and ensure operational excellence
- Manage client and partner visits (end-to-end management)
- Enable business development and growth by working closely with product, legal, finance, and marketing
What to screen for :
4–8 yrs in sales ops / partner operations / BD support (preferably enterprise SaaS / tech)Proven ability to manage reporting, partner onboarding, and pre-sales assetsExecution-driven mindset, with comfort in lean, high-ownership teamsLocation : Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
