As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you’ll play a critical role in shaping Graviton’s talent landscape — connecting with some of the brightest technical and quantitative minds to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. You’ll help us build a high-performing environment where innovation thrives and our people can do their best work as Graviton continues its journey of global growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Engineering and Quant Research teams, driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.

Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates across technical and quantitative domains.

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from premier institutes and global markets.

Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding.

Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Graviton’s long-term organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For :

3–6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Tech, Engineering, or Quant domains.

Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and creative channels.

Ability to build strong relationships with senior technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.

Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
