Job description4–6 years of experience in AI / ML or backend engineering, including at least 2 years building GenAI or Agentic AI solutions. Strong command of Python 3.11+ — including asyncio, typing, packaging, pytest, and profiling. Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for orchestration, reasoning, and memory. Proven experience designing RAG pipelines using vector stores such as OpenSearch, pgvector, or Pinecone. Proficiency with key AWS components — EKS, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, SNS / SQS, API Gateway, and Secrets Manager. Experience in service instrumentation and monitoring using Datadog, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry. Strong grounding in security, rate limiting, circuit breakers, and resilient service design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation, flow diagrams, and code reviews.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with multi-agent collaboration patterns — coordinator / worker, task decomposition, human-in-the-loop.
- Experience in AI evaluation frameworks — regression suites, hallucination detection, grounding and recall scoring.
- Exposure to AWS Bedrock, LLM evaluation pipelines (phoenix / arize, promptfoo), or guardrail frameworks.
- Understanding of chat-based or streaming agent UIs integrated with reasoning traces.
- Exposure to DevOps workflows — Docker, CI / CD usage, environment promotion, and release versioning.
