Senior AI / ML Engineer

MSBC is looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can design, build, and ship production AI systems across multiple subfields, not just Generative AI. You’ll lead end-to-end solutions spanning Computer Vision, classical ML, unsupervised / self-supervised learning, time-series / forecasting, and NLP / GenAI included, integrating them into robust, scalable applications.

You’ll own architecture and delivery, mentor engineers, and choose the right technique for the problem, whether that’s contrastive learning over images, anomaly detection on streams, gradient-boosted models for tabular data, or a transformer for sequence modelling.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values clear thinking, craftsmanship, and kind candor. We move iteratively, celebrate learnings, and balance ambition with pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-Stack Development :

• Develop and maintain both the front-end and back-end of web applications using frameworks such as React, FastAPI, Flask, and NodeJS .
• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven solutions.
