We are seeking someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams will be essential in this position.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of all user access request, and ensure timely tickets are worked upon and closed.
- Maintain health check of all the application, including discussing with POC, on preparing documentation.
- Communicate with internal / external client users regarding the issue which they may face while accessing the Platform.
- Manage existing Technology SharePoint site, including identifying areas for improvement, and making sure all documentation is classified, centralized and up to date
- Act as a first POC for global users for access management, New Application / project creation, New client On-boarding within Tool.
- Manage CRM (Hubspot) tool for communicating important updates on technology wide initiatives
- Constantly discuss and improve our internal processes and tools
- Collaborate with Product to create and deliver information on new product / feature, to include FAQs, deep dive sessions, product demos, etc.
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Experience in managing Atlassian platforms (JIRA, Confluence, JSD etc.).Good troubleshooting skills.Experience with databases and using SQL to query dataSome background / understanding of web analytics tool basics : tag, cookies, data attributes, data layer, variables.Hands-on experience with online advertising technology and systems (Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc.)Skills Required
