Key Skills & Responsibilities :

• 5+ years in software development with proven leadership experience
• End-to-end ownership of backend projects using Node.js
• Expertise in OOP, SOA, and design patterns
• Strong grasp of CI / CD pipelines , Git, and agile workflows
• Ability to debug, optimize, and ensure system reliability
• Guide modern stack adoption and legacy migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
• Mentor junior engineers and support talent growth
