Working with the Senior Director of HR for RGPs international businesses, the Senior HR Advisor assists with the execution of people strategies which align with business objectives and priorities, contributing to business growth and high performance.
You will be comfortable working across multiple geographic locations and will be the first point of contact for employee relations issues across APAC.
What you will work on
Working under the direction of the Senior Director of HR for Europe and APAC, assist with the execution of HR strategies that align with business objectives and priorities
Partner with aligned business leaders to support the execution of people initiatives and cyclical processes, including but not limited to performance management and reward cycles
Identify complex employee relations issues and consider possible resolutions, providing advice and expertise to managers throughout solution execution
Investigate employee issues and complaints, and prepare detailed written summaries upon completion of investigations
Review, update and administer appropriate policies and programs for effective management of people resources
Respond to manager and employee questions regarding HR policies and practices
Collaborate with managers and employees to provide advice and guidance regarding work-related problems such as performance or misconduct concerns. Recommend actions as appropriate
Provide guidance and input on business unit organizational restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace culture
Conduct retention interviews and exit interviews to understand opportunities for improved retention
Partner, coordinate, and collaborate with other internal RGP teams where appropriate
Bridge the gap between HR Operations and advisory, strategic people practices ensuring the business experiences cohesive people support
Comfortable working across multiple geographic locations while adeptly navigating various employment legislation, practices / regulations and cultures.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelors' degree in HR or related subject
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management across the APAC region
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR challenges and develop effective solutions
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
