Role Description

Are you a sales leader with experience in the construction and mining equipment industry ? We’re looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager , Training Manager, Sales Trainer, to lead regional growth and performance.

🔧 Industry Focus :

Construction and heavy equipment sales involving brands like JCB, Tata Hitachi, Caterpillar, SANY, Hyundai CE, Kobelco , etc.

✅ Key Responsibilities :

Drive B2B sales in construction & mining equipment
Build and manage a strong dealer / distributor network
Develop & implement regional sales training programs
Enable dealer and field teams through product and solution-based training
Drive revenue and market share through targeted strategies
Handle key institutional clients and deliver tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to grow brand presence

💼 Required Experience :

7+ years in industrial or equipment sales (preferably in excavators, backhoe loaders, etc.)

Proven track record in dealer management, training, and performance coaching

Strong exposure to field sales , Training, customer handling, and sales enablement

Understanding of competitive products and ability to develop go-to-market strategies

Ability to train dealer sales teams to improve conversion and customer satisfaction

🎯 Preferred Skills :

Field sales training facilitation

B2B sales and marketing coordination in construction & mining equipment.

CRM, pipeline tracking, and customer lifecycle strategy
