Role Overview

You will craft intuitive, production-ready designs—from chat-first experiences and visual taskgraphs to enterprise research dashboards—by collaborating closely with engineering teams. Your expertise in transforming complex flows into natural interactions will empower users to harness new AI capabilities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

Invent the design grammar for AI-native interfaces, including chat-first experiences, visual taskgraphs, and enterprise research dashboards.
Collaborate deeply with engineering to ensure production-ready implementation of your designs.
Own and evolve comprehensive design systems across consumer apps, enterprise apps, and development tools.
Prototype and test with users to refine complex workflows into natural, intuitive interactions.
Ensure consistency, usability, and elegance across products with diverse user bases.

Skills :

Proven track record in shipping designs for complex SaaS or developer-facing products.

Ability to create flows that address real-world complexity—not just polished demos.

Expertise in delivering seamless handoffs that engineers can implement without gaps.

A design mindset that makes advanced AI capabilities feel natural and empowering.

Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or high-complexity consumer applications, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating clarity under complexity.

Qualification

Deep experience designing for enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or intricate consumer applications.

Proven ability to reduce friction in complex workflows while maintaining clarity and elegance throughout your portfolio.
