Location : India (Remote – Offshore for Australia client)

Experience : 6–10 years

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant to work with a leading healthcare client. The consultant will drive requirements gathering, solution design, and client education, ensuring alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

Responsibilities :

Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements.
Map healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
Configure Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient / Provider data models, and workflows.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features.
Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions.
Train client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.

Skills :

2+ HealthCloud implementations as Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care).

Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
