Location : Remote - candidates must be local to Gurgaon

Duration : 12 month contract

Required Skills & Experience :

• At least 6+ Years of Experience within Data Engineering Experience, NOT Big Data.
• Experience creating, updating and downloading jobs in Big Query
• Experience with Pyspark, Dataflows and Dataproc, ETL to process and transform data
• Experience with Apache Airflow Orchestrating workflows
• Experience building out Data Pipelines and utilizing Big Query
• Experience with Restful or GraphQL APIs
• Experience designing and deploying pipelines as well as experience with CI / CD Pipelines, Github actions, docker and jenkins builds
• Experience with Java or Python
• MUST have previous Financial or Banking Experience

Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. GCP Data engineer to support a large financial institution. They are currently modernizing a platform and going through the architecture, ingestion and ETL process based on requirements. This resource will be responsible for designing Data pipelines, Orchestrating workflows, processing data, managing data sets and integrating with the various APIs and CI / CD Pipelines. In addition, this role can expect to troubleshoot and create appropriate documentation of all data components (data architecture, logical and physical data models, database objects and database administration) that meet the needs of customer-facing applications, business applications, internal user applications, and business intelligence platforms.
