Senior Project Manager- Edible Oil Refinery Commissioning (Qatar)

About the Role-

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the overall execution and commissioning of a Edible Oil Refinery Project in Qatar.

This is a senior-level role responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams , coordinating with the Client / PMC , and ensuring successful completion of the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Integrated Performance Testing (IPT) phases.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in managing refinery, edible oil, or process plant projects , with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to deliver the project within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibility-

• Lead and oversee the execution, commissioning, and handover of the edible oil refinery project in Qatar.
• Serve as the primary interface with the Client / PMC, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on schedules and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project execution plans , schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Supervise functional leads — technical, documentation, QA / QC, and HSE — ensuring cohesive team coordination.
• Approve and review commissioning plans, IPT protocols, and project documentation .
• Monitor progress against project milestones and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
• Drive performance, compliance, and adherence to safety and quality standards .
• Support vendor coordination, inspection, and system integration during commissioning.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and the client.
