AI & Automation Developer

Role Overview :    We are looking for a dynamic AI Developer with strong Python and frontend development skills to join our digital innovation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about GenAI full-stack thinking and intelligent automation. Youll design and implement modular AI workflows intuitive interfaces and scalable solutions that support initiatives across vehicle testing diagnostics analytics and content development. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered solutions with modular reusable components using Python Flask and REST APIsCreate intuitive and responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS / Angular or similar frameworks to support analytics and decision-making workflowsCollaborate across domains (technology vehicle systems UX diagnostics) to integrate AI / LLM capabilities into test and content automationPrototype and scale GenAI workflows for use cases like root cause analysis profile comparison RAG pipelines and KPI dashboardsAutomate routine content validation or reporting tasks using containerized setups and multi-model orchestration Preferred Qualifications : Strong programming background in Python with experience in AI / ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain Hugging Face OpenAI APIs)2 years of experienceSolid understanding of LLMs embeddings and multi-model reasoningExperience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS Vue or AngularExposure to workflow automation Flask API orchestration and GenAI prompt engineeringFamiliarity with tools like Docker Jenkins Git and CI / CD workflowsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric design mindset
