Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer at Logilite Technologies in Ahmedabad. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering analytical solutions to clients. The role involves delivering exemplary customer support and service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure the systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
