As a Creative Marketing Intern , you’ll dive into the world of content creation, pop culture, and social media trends to craft engaging stories that drive user growth. From social reels to performance ad scripts, you’ll play a big role in shaping how millions of people discover Lingopanda.

What We’re Looking For :

Someone who lives and breathes content — watches a lot of social media and understands what goes viral

Strong awareness of content cycles, trends, and pop culture

Creative writing skills for scripting short, catchy content

Basic familiarity with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar) — advanced skills a plus

Ability to coordinate with freelancers, actors, and editors to bring content ideas to life

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing projects

Prior exposure to content / marketing roles through internships, projects, or a strong personal portfolio is a plus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

Creating content ideas for various social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

Writing scripts and storyboards for reels, ads, and short-form videos

Coordinating with freelancers, actors, and editors to produce high-quality output

Working with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand goals

Keeping a close eye on trends, memes, and viral formats to adapt them for Lingopanda

Assisting in content scheduling, publishing, and tracking performance across channels

Compensation : ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month
