Are you passionate about transforming business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365? Join PreludeSys as a Functional Consultant Dynamics CRM , where you ll collaborate with clients, design scalable solutions, and deliver business value through Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.

What You ll Do

As a Functional Consultant at PreludeSys, you will :

  • Engage with Clients : Gather and analyze business requirements, document needs, and align solutions with client objectives.
  • Design & Configure Solutions : Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and ensure designs meet quality standards.
  • Build CRM Extensions : Develop and extend CRM functionalities using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams : Work closely with technical leads to suggest relevant solutions and participate in design reviews.
  • Deliver with Quality : Adhere to best practices in coding, configuration, version control, and defect management.
  • Enable Knowledge Sharing : Guide junior team members, mentor colleagues, and conduct workshops for team upskilling.
  • Train & Support Users : Facilitate workshops for end-users, assist with UAT, and resolve issues during testing.
  • Ensure Compliance : Follow organizational quality processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Integrate Systems : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics CRM with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and other platforms.

Your Skillset

We re looking for a skilled Dynamics CRM consultant with both functional and technical expertise. Must-haves include :

  • CRM Experience : 5+ years in functional consulting and technical delivery with Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
  • Module Expertise : Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Power Platform Skills : Proficient with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • CRM Customization : Hands-on with workflows, business rules, plugins, and customizations in Dynamics CRM.
  • Integration Knowledge : Familiarity with Azure services, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 security models.
  • Business Process Design : Skilled in designing scalable, efficient business process flows.
  • Consulting Skills : Experience with stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
  • Nice to Have : Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET (C#), Web APIs, and Power Platform scripting.
  • Data Migration : Experience with KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools is an advantage.
