Lead UI / UX Developer

We are looking for a Lead UI / UX Developer who can combine creative design expertise with strong front-end development skills to deliver high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in modern UI / UX trends, AI-powered design tools, CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), and the ability to optimise websites for both user experience and search engine performance.

The ideal candidate will combine leadership, creativity, and technical depth to guide the design vision, mentor the team, and deliver world-class user experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UI / UX design and front-end development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI / UX excellence and SEO-conscious design work.
• Proficiency in modern design tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and automation workflows.
• Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, with experience in Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their influence on design and user experience.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance monitoring and optimisation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
