Ensuring a positive experience : Create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere and ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment : Sanitize equipment, sterilize tools, and maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms and the overall spa facility.

Client record-keeping : Keep accurate and detailed records of treatments, client preferences, and medical history.

Promoting services : Inform clients about spa packages, services, and retail products, and upsell services as appropriate.

Essential skills and qualifications
