Export Sales Executive

Caprine Overseas Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing export company dealing in dry fruits, spices, seafood, and agri-products, is looking for a passionate and driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a knack for international sales and a solid understanding of export documentation, we’d love to hear from you.⸻

💼 Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new international buyers across Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

Manage the complete export sales cycle : inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order → dispatch.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and internal EXIM team for smooth shipments.

Prepare and verify export documentation (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups.

Maintain CRM records and generate sales performance reports.

Stay updated on INCOTERMS, trade regulations, and market trends.

✅ Requirements

1–3 years of experience in export / import sales or international business.

Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation and procedures (RCMC, LC, Duty Drawback, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, email writing, and CRM tools.

Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.

🎯 Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B sales of agri-products or food commodities.

Familiarity with Middle East, Europe, or Southeast Asia markets.

Multilingual skills (English, Hindi; Arabic / French is a plus).
