Role Overview

The Creative Lead will spearhead the brand’s creative strategy—refining brand identity, elevating visual communication, and ensuring consistent, premium representation across product, packaging, and digital channels. This role requires a strong creative mindset, leadership ability, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Strategy

Refine and evolve Shrey’s brand identity, tone, and visual language.

Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and platforms.

Build a strong, future-ready brand image aligned with global standards.

Creative Direction

Lead the creative vision for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

Oversee all design output—digital, print, packaging, product graphics, and retail.

Mentor and guide internal designers, freelancers, and creative teams.

Product & Packaging Development

Work closely with product teams to design packaging, product graphics, and branding assets.

Ensure packaging aligns with global sports industry aesthetics and customer experience standards.

Collaborate on product development visuals, prototypes, and concept designs.

Social Media & Content

Drive the brand’s creative direction on social media.

Oversee creation of reels, campaigns, visuals, and storytelling assets.

Ensure the brand’s social media identity is premium, modern, and engaging.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to align creative output with business goals.

Ensure timely execution of all creative projects.

Requirements

Strong background in creative direction, brand design, or visual communication.

Experience working with consumer brands (sports or lifestyle preferred).

Exceptional understanding of branding, design, packaging, and content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc.).

Ability to convert ideas into compelling visual stories.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
