About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Oracle Cerner or other EMR platforms (Epic, Allscripts, Meditech) to join our dynamic healthcare IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, coupled with strong domain knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating advanced healthcare IT solutions that drive innovation, patient care, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement robust full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.
• Ensure scalability, security, and high performance of healthcare IT applications.
• Build, configure, and customize Oracle Cerner or other EMR platforms (Epic, Allscripts, Meditech) to meet business and clinical needs.
• Integrate EMR systems with SAP modules (ERP, HCM) and other healthcare platforms for seamless data interoperability.
• Drive IoT-enabled solutions for remote patient monitoring and connected healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with DHA, HAAD, HL7, FHIR, and global healthcare data privacy standards.
• Lead cloud adoption (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) for scalable and reliable healthcare solutions.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, business analysts, and IT specialists to

deliver high-quality solutions.
