Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, tenacious, and driven Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a proven ability to develop and close new accounts, and who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Outcomes :

  • Primarily Hunting new logos in India Enterprise space – Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail CPG, Telecom etc.
  • Identify business opportunities, maintain a steady pipeline, and meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets.
  • Sales manager is the primary interface to the prospective customers and is responsible for actively driving and managing day-to-day prospecting & selling activity in the country. This activity includes opportunity Discovery, RFI / RFP, Evaluation & POC stages of the sales process, working in conjunction with domain and pre-sales teams to identify & close new deals.
  • Sell Solution by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Work closely with the presales, competency, and solutions team to understand and propose various solutions and services to the targeted accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with OEM partners and local partners.
  • Achieve assigned targets on Revenue, EBITDA & Debtor days. Skills :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation : Actively research and identify potential new clients within our target markets, leveraging cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building : Foster strong relationships with new clients, working to understand their organizational goals and challenges to provide them with effective and valuable solutions.
  • Strategic Selling : Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the unique value proposition of our products / services to key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management : Meticulously track and manage sales activities and pipeline progress using the company's CRM system.
  • Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our offerings.
  • Achieve Targets : Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas and objectives.
  • Key Competencies :

  • Education : B.Tech & MBA (preferred) | Experience : Min 8-12+ years | Behaviourial Skills : Confident, CXO conversationalist, Go-getter Attitude, Ability to take risk, Collaborative
