Designation - MicroSoft Fabric Lead (Data & AI- Data)

Type of employment- Contract 6 months (Extendable)

Rate- $18-20 per hour

Shift- IST

Location- Remote

Exp- 8+yrs

JD- Fabric Lead should have 9-12 years of experience, with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric (client implementation, not POC) projects.

• Solution Architecture : Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, including integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
• Leadership : Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Innovation : Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Data Strategy : Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
• Governance : Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL / ELT processes, and data governance.
