Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Mumbai. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. The Lawyer will also be responsible for negotiating settlements, interpreting laws and regulations, and ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in providing legal advice and counsel
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Experience in conducting legal research and interpreting laws
• Excellent negotiation and settlement skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• LLB degree
• Active membership in the Bar Council of India
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus
