Principal Process Development Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Engineer to join our innovative engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemical processes, materials science, and manufacturing systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing chemical processes for the production of chemicals, fuels, pharmaceuticals, food products, or materials.

Main Responsibilities :

• Conduct material and energy balances, process simulations, and flow diagrams (PFDs) for chemical plants or production systems.
• Optimize chemical processes to improve yields, reduce costs, and increase energy efficiency while ensuring environmental sustainability.
• Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and industrial scales, ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to full production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in process development and optimization.
