The candidate will handle complex troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization tasks to ensure network security and firewall performance.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L3 technical support and troubleshooting for firewall products (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Analyze and resolve complex firewall, VPN, and network security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for firewall design and deployment.
• Implement security policies and rules as per organizational standards.
• Monitor firewall health, log analysis, and incident response.
• Assist in firewall upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely updates.Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Firewall TAC or Network Security support (L3 level).
• Strong understanding of firewall architectures, protocols, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with firewall platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.
• Proficient in analyzing logs, packet captures, and network traffic.
• Knowledge of network protocols : TCP / IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP / S, IPsec, SSL.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in rotational shift environment.
