About the Opportunity
Join a fast-paced remote-first team building growth and partnership channels in the career services space. As a Business Development Intern you will drive top-of-funnel activities qualify opportunities and support outreach that converts prospects into partnerships and paid clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research target segments and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn and public databases.
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn personalised email sequences and cold calls to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and update leads in CRM maintain pipeline hygiene and schedule discovery calls or demos.
- Draft outreach messages pitch templates and proposal documents aligned to ICP and campaign objectives.
- Track outreach KPIs prepare weekly performance reports and recommend A / B test improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging offers and go-to-market lists.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Current enrolment in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (India) or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound outreach.Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management (HubSpot or Salesforce).Practical knowledge of building and maintaining prospect lists in Google Sheets or Excel.Comfortable with cold email outreach and basic call scripts for discovery.Strong written communication attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.Preferred
Prior internship or experience in sales business development or recruitment.Experience with outreach automation or sequence tools (e.g. Lemlist Apollo).Understanding of the higher-education placement or HR / recruiting domain.Benefits & Culture Highlights
