Account Executive

Job Title : Accounts Executive Experience Required : 2-4 years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and assist in accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.

Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other regulatory filings.

Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and other financial reports as required.

Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.

Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills

Masters’ / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.

2-4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of Tally / ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho or other accounting software.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
