Responsibilities
- Act as the key account manager in the team to the global stakeholders, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
- Oversee key strategic client projects & all the requests
- Work closely with Associate Directors, Associates and Senior Cost Managers in ensuring the work is carried out to achieve the desired outcomes, apart from managing expectations at all times
- Be responsible in ensuing operational dashboards are set up in place on a live basis for departmental monitoring
- Impart training to the leaders & other team members; be the de facto chief for ensuring company culture
- Shall actively helm Business Strategy and Development responsibilities for the Department
- Attend and manage the project kick-off calls and other Client calls
- Apply your wealth of quantity surveying experience to achieve all project deliverables within performance measures
- Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
- Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
- Report periodically to the internal stakeholders on the business performance and parameters
- Ensure a L&D program is set up and implemented
- Ensure and implement a robust client care program
- Ensure and implement a QA / QC program
- Ensure the department is in the forefront of digital transformation and automation

Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environmentAbility to put together a professional approach to all aspects of departmental activities.Ability to work and delegate the works to a team and engage in ensuring optimum team productivity.Possess in-depth knowledge of how to define processes and improvise the all the activities towards the quality deliverablesAbility to manage team of multiple Estimators & LeadersAre proficient in Client interactions and focusing on Client relationship building.Have the ability for generating innovation and solution-oriented approaches.
