About the Project :
We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to join a 6-month contractual project with a global leader in Identity and Security solutions. The selected consultant will be instrumental in driving proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with the in-house recruitment team.
Scope of Work :
- Support passive search and proactive sourcing for various open IT roles
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and address gaps
- Conduct initial screenings, pre-assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability
- Maintain recruitment documentation, dashboards, and status reports as required

3–6 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boardsExperience in hiring across cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise technology sales, and presales domains preferred .Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
