DevOps Engineer - AWS Infrastructure

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with software engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines, automation, and operational excellence across environments.

You will play a key part in driving reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to ensure consistency, automation, and repeatability.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD for faster and reliable deployments.
• Monitor and maintain system health using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch, ensuring proactive detection and resolution of performance issues.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve system efficiency and minimize human error.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production incidents in collaboration with engineering and support teams.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes for microservices-based deployments.
• Ensure security and compliance by implementing access controls, vulnerability scanning, and automated patch management.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to defining DevOps best practices, technical standards, and automation frameworks.
