Role - PowerBI Developer

Experiance Level - 6 - 8 Years

Mandatory Skills - Power BI, SQL, Semantic Models, DAX Queries, PowerBI Services

Joining Time - Immediate to 15 Days (Oct 2025 Joiners)

Responsibilities

Ownership to ensure the proposed design / architecture, deliverables meets the client expectation and solves the business problem with high degree of quality;
Own responsibility to deliver tasks at hand across all phases of the project right from discovery / POC to managing operations;
Work in tandem with project manager in planning and accomplishing planned activities, identification or risks and mitigation strategy;
Engage in activities related to project deliverables, design brainstorming / discussion, status updates, innovation / improvements, etc.;
Collaborate with other internal expertise teams - Architects, Validation / testing, etc. to ensure best in class technology solution;

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines;

At least with 3+ years of hand on experience in designing complex solutions and Report visualizations on Power BI.

Very good in data modeling and model optimizations using Power Query(M), SQL, Dataflows and Advanced DAX

Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and programming ability

Excellent task management skills

Experience in optimizing report performance, handling security, configuring dashboards, apps and app workspaces by using Microsoft Power BI Desktop, and configuring dashboards by using the Power BI service

Proven ability to create reports and dashboards from various data sources like SQL server, SSIS, Redshift, data extracts, excel files, relation, non-relational data sources including dynamic / API based data;

Hands-on experience with SQL.

Practical knowledge on how to create efficient datasets from voluminous data sources and increase reusability of datasets in reports yet not compromising response time of the reports

Strong oral and written communication skills;

fluency in English is required
