Technical Project Management
Role Overview
As a Technical Project Management, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning, execution, and delivery of modern workplace and enterprise technology projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in analyzing workflows, designing application use cases, managing tasks, and supporting client communications. This role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business and technical requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting solution design discussions.
- Support Project Managers in scheduling, coordination, task assignment, and daily follow-ups with delivery teams.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, reports, status updates, and documentation.
- Participate in client calls, take meeting notes, and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze risks, dependencies, and opportunities for project optimization.
- Help in creating user journey maps, flow diagrams, or functional documentation for apps and automations.
- Conduct basic quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations.
- Explore and recommend modern tools to streamline project collaboration and reporting.
- Work with Microsoft technologies including Azure, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Teams.
What We’re Looking For
3- 5 Years of experience with a background in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or related field.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Interest in technology, project management, and business analysis.Self-driven, curious, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools;exposure to Azure, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
