Bookkeeping Executive (Xero Expert)

We are seeking a seasoned bookkeeper with extensive experience in Xero software to oversee day-to-day financial tasks, manage client accounts, and provide expert guidance on financial matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing duties.
• Manage client accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide expert advice on tax compliance, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Maintain strict compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and data security by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and bookkeeping software, including Xero, to maintain best practices.
