Global Finance Leader Sought for Xero Expertise
We are seeking a seasoned bookkeeper with extensive experience in Xero software to oversee day-to-day financial tasks, manage client accounts, and provide expert guidance on financial matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing duties.
- Manage client accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide expert advice on tax compliance, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Maintain strict compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in accounting and bookkeeping software, including Xero, to maintain best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting with demonstrated proficiency in Xero software.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Benefits :
