About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Python Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python frameworks, strong understanding of system architecture, and the ability to guide teams in implementing robust, maintainable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define the architectural vision, design principles, and technical roadmap for Python-based applications.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams in designing scalable and secure backend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, DevOps, and Data Engineering - to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies aligned with project goals.
• Design and optimize microservices, APIs, and data models for high availability and performance.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, CI / CD, and system integration.
• Perform code and architecture reviews to maintain high technical quality.
• Work closely with DevOps for deployment automation, monitoring, and observability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and architectural risks.
• Stay up to date with emerging Python technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
