Job Title : ARIS Technical Consultant

Experience : 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities :

• User Administration and Rights Management : Oversee user accounts, roles, and permissions to maintain secure and efficient access control.
• Dashboard Creation : Design and implement interactive dashboards within the ARIS platform to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Portal Customization : Customize the ARIS portal's look and feel to enhance user experience and ensure consistency with corporate branding.
• Data Feed Development : Develop and maintain data feeds to ensure seamless integration between ARIS and other enterprise systems.
• Configuration Management : Manage and optimize configuration sets to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
• Database Privileges : Manage database privileges to ensure appropriate access levels for users and applications.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ARIS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Backup and Restore : Implement and manage backup and restore procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
• Disaster Recovery (DR) : Design, implement, and maintain disaster recovery plans for the ARIS system to ensure availability and continuity in case of system failures.
• Audit Queries : Conduct regular audit queries and provide reports to clients to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
• Implementation : Lead the end-to-end implementation of ARIS solutions, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
