Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Sales Specialist based in India to drive sales and business development efforts in the United States market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling SAP B1 solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address the ERP needs of small and mid-sized businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and new business opportunities for SAP Business One in the USA.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to target SMEs across various sectors.
- Understand customer business requirements and present tailored SAP B1 solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal creation and contract negotiation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with SAP Business One product updates and US market trends.
Requirements :
5–10 years of experience in ERP sales, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in selling SAP Business One.Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, licensing models, and deployment options (on-premise, cloud).Proven track record of closing deals in the USA or other international markets.Excellent English communication and client presentation skills.Experience in B2B / SME sales, preferably across verticals like manufacturing, wholesale, retail, logistics, etc.Comfortable working independently and remotely, aligned to US working hours.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience working with SAP partners or resellers.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Existing client or channel network in the US is a strong advantage.Skills Required
